Modi pats Bandi for completing padayatra
Hyderabad, May 15 (Maxim News): Prime Minister Narendra Modi today called up State BJP president Bandi Sanjay Kumar and congratulated him on successfully completing his second phase of Praja Sangrama Yatra. Modi also praised the efforts of the party leaders and workers in the successful organisation of the paadayara.
Bandi Sanjay told the Prime Minister that he had walked 770 km during his padayatra and added that the Modi was his role model in taking up the padayatra. He also told the PM that they were doing padayatra in order to convey the Sabka saath and Sabka Vikas slogan of Modi to the people of the State.
In a statement, Bandi said Modi asked him about the questions raised by the people in the State during his padayatra. Replying to the question, Bandi Sanjay told the PM that the people were very angry with Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao and added that the people asked him to bring Modi’s corruption free rule in Telangana. He also told the PM that he had instilled confidence among the people, who were facing problems. He also told the PM that the public meetings addressed by the national president of the party JP Nadda and Union Home Minister Amit Shah had given the much needed boost to the party leaders and the workers.
Earlier in the day, Bandi visited the Peddamma temple in Jubilee Hills and performed prayers. (Maxim News)
