Chandrasekhar Rao government seeking a stay on the Judgment delivered by the double bench headed by the Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan to handover the Moinabad Farmhouse case to the CBI.

It was clarified that the hearing will be conducted only if the Chief Justice allows it.
