New Airports In Three Districts Of Telangana

Delhi/Hyderabad, Nov 27 (Maxim News): Chief Minister Revanth Reddy asked the Central government to grant permission for airports in three other places along with Warangal and to start the works immediately. He appealed that the state government is taking all kinds of measures and centre should also cooperate to grant permissions.

CM Revanth Reddy brought to the notice of Union Minister Rammohan Naidu that 950 acres of land in Palvancha will be identified as an alternative as the land identified in the past was not suitable for the establishment of an airport in Bhadradri Kothagudem district. The details of the land have been handed over to AAI pre-feasibility survey revealed that the land identified in the past in the Peddapalli district is not suitable for the construction of an airport,  As an alternative to this, he appealed to the state government to identify 591.24 acres of land and give permission for the establishment of an airport there.

In Adilabad, there is already 369.50 acres of land under the control of the Indian Air Force (IAF) and 249.62 acres for full-scale operations, the Centre says yes,  He said that the state government is ready to collect and hand over the available land.  The CM appealed to the Union Minister to grant an airport near Adilabad where there are more tribals.

The Chief Minister was accompanied by MPs, Chamania Kira Kumar Reddy, K.Raghuveer Reddy, M. Anil Kumar Yadav, R.Raghurami Reddy, and Kadium Kavya. (Maxim News)
