New fruit market to get modern facilities soon: Sabitha

Hyderabad, Oct.16 (Maxim News): Education Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy today stated that any program taken up by the government would have welfare for the people. She inaugurated the new logistic market of fruits at Bata Singaram in the logistic park in Ranga Reddy district on the outskirts of the city. MLAs M Kishan Reddy and Sudheer Reddy and officials were present at the event. Temporary market is created here and in future all facilities of international standards would be provided, she said.

The minister stated that the commission agents, traders and the people should cooperate for smooth functioning of the market. The MLAs and officials will address any problems with regard to the market here, Sabitha maintained. The market is to be shifted from the existing Fruit Market from Kothapet near Dilsukhnagar to ease traffic problems and congestion.

Speaking on the occasion the minister reiterated that the government is providing all facilities to the traders and businessmen in the new fruit market at Bata Singaram. We will see that the traders in this facility will get all facilities in the near future. The government plans for a long time to shift the market to the outskirts to ensure smooth and congestion free traffic in the city near Kothapet. Our efforts are to make sure that the new fruit market is the biggest in Asia with modern facilities, the minister said. Existing market at the Kothapet has been causing a lot of problems for the people moving on the roads and shifting is a must for the purposes, she said. The government has plans to build a multi specialty hospital on the premises of Kothapet fruit market. The officials concerned were instructed to take all steps to avoid any sort of inconvenience to the people during purchase.

The new market at the site would help the traders and people for better marketing with all facilities. She urged the traders to avoid doubts on the market and facilities and issues. The government is ready to address all issues and provide the best facilities with modern infrastructure at the new market, Sabitha added. (Maxim News)
