Dr Laxman said the Union government was prepared to discuss development, governance reforms and key legislative proposals during the session. He noted that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had completed 25 years in public life, calling it a milestone marked by initiatives such as Digital India and Atmanirbhar Bharat.
