Only KCR family became rich in Telangana: Chug

Hyderabad, Oct.18 (NSS): BJP State incharge Tarun Chug today alleged that the family of CM KCR became rich in separate Telangana State and added that the State had not become a golden Telangana in CM’s rule. He also alleged that KCR had sacrificed the interests of the people of the State for the well-being of his family members.

He was speaking to media persons in New Delhi along with former MP of the TRS Boora Narsaiah Goud, who is set to join the BJP today. Chug alleged that the development of the State was stalled in the last eight years due to the family based rule of the CM. He said the CM failed to implement his poll promises like double bed room houses to the homeless poor families and Dalita Bandhu scheme. He said women, unemployed youth, doctors and government employees were facing a lot of problems in the CM’s rule .

Commenting on the entry of Narsaiah Goud into the party, he said they were welcoming all those who are making efforts for the development of the State. He said the dream of golden Telangana was possible only with the BJP led State government. He said they were welcoming Narsaiah Goud into the party with open hands and called upon the other leaders of the party to come forward to protect the State.

Stating that Narsaiah Goud has a good name in the Telangana State, Chug said Narsaiah Goud earned a good name for himself as a leader and as a doctor. He said Narsaiah Goud also served the people of the State with commitment and dedication. He said Narsaiah Goud would formally join their party in the presence of the national president JP Nadda at 11 am on Wednesday.

Narsaiah Goud recalled that BJP leader Sushma Swaraj had not only supported the separate Telangana State but also raised her voice in parliament demanding the then Central government to create the separate State. Stating that leaders like him worked hard during the separate State agitation, he said leaders like him had distanced themselves from the ruling TRS party. He said he had achieved AIIMS, KV and passport centre to the undivided Nalgonda district with the support of the Central government during his term as an MP. He said the development of the State was possible only with the BJP and added that he was joining the saffron party for the development of the Telangana State. (NSS)
