Pharmacist In Sanathnagar ESI Hospital Held In Medicines Purchase Scam

Hyderabad, Oct.6 (Maxim News): The Anti-Corruption Bureau officials on Sunday arrested another suspect in the multi-crore ESI medical scam.

The ACB sleuths arrested Nagalakshmi, working as pharmacist in the ESIC hospital at Sanathnagar on the charge that she was involved in the Rs 8.5-crore medicines purchase scandal along with Pharma Company MD Sudhakar Reddy. The ACB officials detected the big fraud committed by Sudhakar Reddy and Nagalakshmi.

Nagalakshmi was produced before Special Judge’s court for ACB and SPE cases, which remanded her to judicial custody. With her arrest on Sunday, the number of accused in the multi-crore medicines purchase scam has risen to 10.(Maxim News)
