Police imposed restrictions in 14 sensitive areas of Old city
The State Police have strengthened their force and set restrictions in numerous sections of the Old city as a group’s demonstrations against Telangana BJP MLA Raja Singh have become more intense. The team of the Rapid Action Force has been deployed by the Police after they identified 14 sensitive places in the Old City.
The inhabitants of the sensitive areas have been instructed to close their shops and other businesses by 7 pm. Rallies in and around the Old City areas are prohibited by the police. The situation is under control, according to South Zone DCP Chaitanya, who also advised people not to believe whatever they see on social media.
