New Delhi, Sept. 21: President Droupadi Murmu will visit Gujarat from September 21 to 23, 2026, the President’s Secretariat said.
On September 22, Murmu will attend the presentation ceremony of the 72nd National Film Awards at Ekta Nagar in Kevadia.
The ceremony will honour winners of the National Film Awards for their contributions to Indian cinema.
President Murmu to Attend Convocation and Launch Campaigns
On September 23, Murmu will attend the 75th annual convocation ceremony of the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in Vadodara.
During the visit, she will also launch the Brahma Kumaris’campaign titled ‘Spiritual Awakening for World Renewal’.
She will further inaugurate the ‘Global Spiritual Palace’ Retreat Centre in Vadodara.
Murmu will also virtually launch the ‘Youth for Viksit Bharat: Awakening Inner Strength for Nation Building’ campaign of Brahma Kumaris Nadiad.
The three day Gujarat visit will include programmes focused on cinema, education and spiritual initiatives.
