Rajiv Swagruha E-Auction For 167 Plots From Oct 28 To 30

The Rajiv Swagruha Corporation has announced an e-auction for a total of 167 open plots across three prime locations in the Greater Hyderabad region. The auction will be conducted between October 28 and 30. The plots are spread across Kurmalguda and Thorrur in Ranga Reddy district and Bahadurpally in Medchal district. The announcement marks a shift from earlier open auction formats to a digital bidding system aimed at ensuring transparency and smoother participation.
According to the statement issued by Rajiv Swagruha Corporation, 120 plots in Thorrur, ranging from 200 to 500 square yards, will be auctioned. In Kurmalguda, 29 plots covering 200 to 300 square yards are available, while Bahadurpally will offer 18 plots ranging from 200 to 1,000 square yards. The e-auction process will take place over three days, allowing interested buyers to bid conveniently through the online system.
Officials confirmed that the last date for registration of plots in Kurmalguda and Bahadurpally is October 27. The e-auction for these two localities will begin on October 28, conducted in both morning and afternoon sessions. For the Thorrur plots, registrations will remain open until October 28, with the auction scheduled in four sessions spread across October 29 and 30.
