Resolve all Issues of Dharani Portal: Harish Rao
Hyderabad, June 14 (Maxim News): Finance Minister T Harish Rao directed the officials concerned to redress all grievances, raised during the implementation of Dharani portal, in a phased manner.
Minister Harish Rao held a review meeting with higher officials at Forest College in Mulugu, Siddipet district on Tuesday. He discussed about the current status of functioning Dharani portal and its related problems.
During the meeting, Harish Rao enquired about the steps being taken up by officials over the complaints of discrepancies and glitches during the implementation of Dharani Portal and also discussed about the best practices for the implementation of Dharani Portal effectively.
There are many issues pertaining to Dharani Portal and majority of them have been resolved since the launch of web portal. You can chalk out an action plan to resolve all issues from time to time for providing the best service to people, Harish Rao asked the officials.
Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar, CMO Secretary Smitha Sabharwal, Sheshadri, Rahul Bojja, Siddipet district collector Prashanth Jeevan Patil and other senior officials were present. (Maxim News)
