Hyderabad, June 1 (Maxim News): Telangana BJP President Ramchandra Rao criticized the Revanth Reddy government for colluding with rice millers . He questioned why the CM had said that he would buy rice till the last grain. He clarified that the center will never buy rice and will reimburse only what the respective states have bought. He said that this situation in Telangana has come about due to the negligence of the Congress government. He said that rice is lying in heaps on the roads. He said that the state government has come down due to the BJP’s concerns. Ramchandra Rao spoke to the media in Delhi today (Monday).
Ramchandra Rao alleged that the Congress government has failed to procure grain. He questioned why the information about the amount of crop harvested in the state was not given to the Center. He demanded that the state government immediately purchase the crop from the farmers. He criticized that the problems in grain procurement arose because the Congress government was sleepy. He said that the Revanth government is sending lorries to the respective procurement centers because of the BJP’s fight over grain procurement. He said that the Central High Command will take a decision on who will go to the Central Committee from Telangana.
Telangana formation celebrations will be held in Delhi.
Ramchandra Rao said that the Telangana state formation celebrations will be held tomorrow in Delhi under the auspices of the BJP. He said that BJP national leaders including BJP national president Nitin Nabin will participate in the Telangana state formation celebrations. He said that his party’s national leadership will formulate an action plan towards the BJP government coming to power in Telangana and Karnataka. He said that the BJP national leadership is focused on Telangana. He clarified that the posters put up against BJP Malkajgiri MP Etala Rajender have nothing to do with group fights in the party. He was angry that someone put up posters against Etala to create internal conflicts in the BJP. He warned that party-wide action will be taken against those who put up the posters. Ramchandra Rao said that a complaint has already been filed with the DGP and Commissioner on this matter. (Maxim News)
