Moinabad/Hyderabad, June 10 (Maxim News): Revenue officials have demolished the illegal structures that were built in the Gundla Vagu in the Tolkatta village revenue area of Moinabad mandal in Rangareddy district. Responding to the repeated reports in the press that the Gundla Vagu was being encroached upon, revenue officials and staff on Wednesday reached the Gundla Vagu en masse and removed the illegal structures built in the ravine with the help of JCBs.
Tahsildar Gautam Kumar warned that whoever encroaches on flood canals and undertakes constructions will be demolished and criminal cases will be filed against the encroachers. He said that if any structures are encroached on streams, ponds or ponds in Moinabad mandal and constructions are undertaken, the structures will be demolished and the encroachers will not be ignored under any circumstances.
