SI Collapses In The Early Hours Of The Morning After Working All Night

Hyderabad, Dec 3 (Maxim News): A tragic incident took place in Hyderabad. The collapse of an SI due to a heart attack on duty has filled the city with deep sorrow. SI Sanjay Sawant (58) died at LB Nagar police station in the early hours of Tuesday (December 3).

While he was at the police station barracks on night duty on Monday night, he suddenly collapsed in the early hours of Tuesday morning. The other constables on duty immediately rushed the constable to the nearby Kamineni hospital, where the doctors declared him dead. His family members were informed by fellow police officers.

Sub-inspector Sanjay has been working in LB nagar PS for the last two years. Sanjay, who was selected as a constable in 1989, has recently been promoted to the rank of Sub-Inspector. The body has been shifted to Osmania Hospital for post-mortem. The family members are in mourning over the death of the Sub-Inspector.  (Maxim News)
