Hyderabad, Feb.15 (Maxim News): Animal Husbandry Minister T Srinivas Yadav today said that a special plantation drive is being taken up, on February 17 to mark birthday of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao. The minister asked the officials to take up plantation program in all offices and premises in fisheries, animal husbandry, dairy and veterinary for better environment.
KCR aim is to take on pollution and offer better environment without pollution problem the minister said. Across the state the green drive will be taking up by all departments for better environment. All the departments are going to involve in this green program to check pollution he said. We have to build a green and non polluted environment for future generations.
The Chief minister vision is to turn entire Telangana in to see green belt area. One has to plant saplings and protect them for pollution free environment, he added.(Maxim News)
