Supreme Court Has Adjourned The Interim Bail Hearing Of Manish Sisodia To October 4

Delhi/Hyderabad, Sept 15 (Maxim News) The Supreme Court today adjourned AAP leader and former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia’s (involved in the Delhi Liquor Scam, corruption, and money laundering) interim bail petition till October 4.

Justice Sanjiv Khanna and Justice S.V.N. Bhatti said that it could take up the pleas for hearing at some other day. “Senior Advocate Abhishek Manu Singhvi appearing on behalf of Sisodia said that there is urgency, Supreme Court said that the hearing will require a substantial amount of time.

Additional solicitor General S.V. Raju appeared before the top court for the central probe agencies. Sisodia has moved an interim bail to meet his ailing wife seema on “humanitarian” grounds and has furnished medical reports related to her deteriorating health condition. (Maxim News)
