TADJAC Wants Private Auto Financiers Jailed For Business Sans RBI Licence
Hyderabad, June 23 (Maxim News): Telangana Auto Drivers’ JAC has demanded that the State government severely punish private auto financiers for conducting business without RBI license.
Talking to mediapersons here on Sunday, TADJAC convener Amanullah Khan pointed out that the police were sending those persons to jails, who were found driving vehicles without driving licenses. Similarly, the private Auto financiers not having RBI License also should be sent to jails, he demanded. Khan clarified that as per the law, any person intending to do vehicle finance business should first obtain license from the RBI and follow necessary guidelines thereafter.
Amanullah Khan alleged that since the TRS came to power, the private Auto financiers’ harassment was increasing day after day as the government and the police remained “silent spectators” for the reasons best known to them. He also said the TADJAC was determined to launch a “do-or-die” agitation demanding that the government formulate necessary guidelines to stop the private auto financiers’ harassment on Automen.
TADJAC leaders Maruthi Rao, MA Saleem, J Vamshi Krishna, Mirza Rafathullah Baig, Mohd Feroz Khan, Mohd Lateef and Farooq Bhai, were also present. (Maxim News)
