Bathukamma will be celebrated on a grand scale at People’s Plaza, PV Narasimha Rao Marg, on September 30 and MLC K Kavitha was invited for it by Mayor G Vijaya Laxmi and Deputy Mayor Mothe Srilatha Shoban Reddy.
