TDP’s Nara Lokesh slams CM Jagan

TDP national general secretary Nara Lokesh was outraged that CM Jagan Mohan Reddy had lived a lie-filled life. Taking a dig at the Chief Minister over the recent deaths of poor people due to consumption of cheap liquor in Jangareddygudem, Lokesh has claimed that 300 cases were filed in the Pulivendula constituency alone in a year. Nara Lokesh decried the growth of cheap booze in the Chief Minister’s own constituency.

TDP national general secretary had previously announced that his party will continue to protest until the government presented a blueprint for implementing Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy‘s electoral pledge of absolute ban on alcohol. Lokesh has also remarked that the agitation will end only until the Chief Minister explains the circumstances behind the fatalities in Jangareddyguem, West Godavari district.
