Hyderabad: Three people lost their lives in two separate road accidents in Hyderabad, including two women who were killed after a speeding Bolero vehicle crashed into a bus stop in Shamshabad late Wednesday night.
According to police, the accident occurred at Sathamrai village in Shamshabad when the Bolero driver allegedly lost control of the vehicle, which veered off the road and rammed into a bus stop. The two women, who were waiting for a bus, suffered fatal injuries and died on the spot.
Police rushed to the scene, shifted the bodies to the Osmania General Hospital mortuary for post mortem examination, and registered a case. An investigation is underway to ascertain the cause of the accident.
Motorcyclist Killed in Saidabad
In another incident, a man died after an RTC bus allegedly hit his motorcycle in Saidabad on Thursday.
According to police, the victim was riding a two wheeler when the RTC bus collided with it, causing fatal injuries. He died at the scene.
The identity of the deceased is yet to be established. Police shifted the body for post mortem and registered a case. Further investigation is in progress to determine the circumstances leading to the accident.
