Traffic Diversions For Sadar Utsav In Narayanguda

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Traffic Police announced several traffic diversions in view of the Sadar Utsav celebrations scheduled to take place at YMCA Grounds, Narayanguda, on Wednesday (October 22, 2025). The advisory, issued on October 21, stated that vehicular movement will be regulated and diverted across multiple routes to ensure smooth traffic flow and public safety during the event.

The diversions will remain effective from 7 p.m. on October 22 until 4 a.m. on October 23. According to the advisory, vehicles coming from Ramkoti and Lingampalli X Roads towards YMCA will be diverted at Kachiguda X Roads towards Tourist and Sultan Bazar. Similarly, traffic from Vittalwadi X Roads heading towards Rajmohalla Chilla will be redirected at Padmashali Bhavan towards Ramkoti X Roads.

Traffic from Old MLA Quarters and the Cemetery towards YMCA will be diverted at Vittalwadi X Roads towards Ramkoti. Vehicles from RTC X Roads and Crown Café moving towards YMCA will have to take a diversion at Narayanguda X Roads towards Himayathnagar Y Junction. Traffic from Narayanguda X Roads towards RBVRR College will be rerouted at Baba Tent House towards Crown Café. Vehicles from Bagh Lingampally Colony lanes towards YMCA will be diverted at Reddy College Junction.

Additionally, traffic from Barkathpura Chaman towards YMCA will be diverted at Post Office Junction towards Crown Café, and vehicles from Crown Café towards Lingampalli X Roads will be diverted at the same junction towards Barkathpura Chaman. Motorists from Lingampalli X Roads and nearby colonies heading towards RBVRR College will be diverted at Matha Temple towards Post Office Junction. Vehicles moving from Kachiguda X Roads towards Post Office Junction will be diverted at Lingampalli X Roads via Barkathpura Chaman.

Traffic coming from Tourist Junction towards Lingampalli X Roads will not be allowed and will be redirected towards Barkathpura Chaman. The TGSRTC buses operating between Secunderabad and Koti have also been advised to avoid the YMCA Circle and Narayanguda X Roads stretch. They will instead travel via Barkathpura, Post Office Junction, Bagh Lingampally, VST, and RTC X Roads.

Visitors attending the Sadar Utsav can park their vehicles at Keshav Memorial College Grounds, which can accommodate around 400 two-wheelers and 400 four-wheelers. The Hyderabad Traffic Police urged citizens to plan their travel in advance, use alternative routes, and cooperate with the traffic arrangements to prevent congestion.
