VH Deplores Trump Comparing With Mahatma Gandhi

Hyderabad, Sept.26 (Maxim News): Senior Congress Leader V. Hanumanth Rao on Thursday responded to the statement of US President Donald Trump for comparing Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi with Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi.

V Hanumantha Rao aid it would have been better had Modi reacted on the statement of Trump for his comparison with Gandhi. He said Gandhi had fought with weapons like non-violence and Satyagraha for wresting freedom from the British. He alleged that Trump had praised Modi by keeping in view of the upcoming elections. He also claimed that there was nobody in the contemporary world to be compared with Mahatama Gandhi. (Maxim News)
