Hyderabad: Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna met Prime Minister Narendra Modi a day after their wedding and extended a special invitation for their reception in Hyderabad. The couple also met Union Home Minister Amit Shah and invited him to attend the event.
It is known that Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna got married on Thursday. The wedding took place at ITC Mementos in Udaipur. The ceremony was held at 10.10 am with a three pronged wedding ritual. The marriage followed Telugu tradition in the morning and Kodava tradition in the evening. Only a few relatives and friends attended the private ceremony.
Vijay and Rashmika met Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday. They invited him to attend the grand reception scheduled in Hyderabad on March 4. Later, they met Union Home Minister Amit Shah and extended a similar invitation. Along with the wedding invite, they also presented him with a Ganesha idol.
