WATCH | Hyderabad: Footwear Stolen Overnight from Apartment Complexes

Hyderabad: In a strange incident, two thieves stole 55 pairs of slippers and shoes from outside flats in five apartment buildings in Moosarambagh, Dilsukhnagar.

The theft was discovered on Wednesday morning when residents stepped out and found their footwear missing. Soon, more people realized their slippers and shoes had also been stolen.

When they checked the CCTV footage, they saw a group of thieves arriving in an auto-rickshaw at night. The video shows them sneaking into the buildings, picking up footwear, and leaving.

Thieves broke into four apartments in East Prashant Nagar, including Micro Health, and stole shoes and sandals in the middle of the night.

Among the victims were a police inspector and a sub-inspector, whose uniform shoes were also stolen.

A complaint has been filed at Malakpet police station, and police are searching for the culprits.
