We are not Rejecting Letters of Public Representatives from TS: TTD

Tirumala, July 11 (Maxim News): Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanam (TTD) today refuted the reports that it was rejecting the recommendation letters issued by the public representatives of Telangana state. It made it clear that it was following the same old policy while honouring the letters of the public representatives and added that there was no change in the policy. It however said it had rejected the letters which had exceeded the allotted quota .

It said that it had sanctioned special Darshan tickets of ₹300 to all those for whom it received the calls from the public representatives. It also said that it was providing accommodation go all those who have recommendation letters without any problem. It said that it was unfortunate that some people were carrying out false and malicious campaign against the TTD to tarnish its image and urged the people to not believe in such false reports.
