A woman registered a complaint against Muppalla SI Jagadish in Narasaraopet police station on Thursday for cheating in the name of love and marriage. The victim alleged that she met SI in 2013 regarding a dispute with her husband. “The SI made friendship with me and on his advice, I gave divorce to my husband,” she mentioned in her complaint.
The victim further said that she entered into a live-in relationship with the SI after he promised to divorce his wife and marry her. “Jagadish threatened me with dire consequences if I complained to the SP against him,” she said.
