Work for the growth of State: CS to employees

Hyderabad, Sept.2 (Maxim News): Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar has asked the employees to work as per the vision of the Chief Minister K.Chandrashekhar Rao to contribute for the growth of the Telangana State and get good name to Government.

Telangana Secretariat Association felicitated the Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar for giving promotions to 122 Secretariat employees at BRKR Bhavan today.

On the occasion Chief Secretary asked the employees to deliver services more effectively in a transparent manner to help poor people in the State.

Chief Secretary informed that as per the directions of Chief Minister the Government has taken up a drive to give promotions to employees of all departments and also issued a GO reducing the service period from 3 years to 2 years, irrespective of panel year to consider promotions. He recalled that Chief Minister also given 30% PRC to the employees.

He also instructed the GAD to develop Human Resources by arranging a training on Drafting, Notes, Computer Skills to all the employees.

Narender Rao, President, Telangana Secretariat Employees Association thanked the Chief Minister K.Chandrashekhar Rao and Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar for giving promotions.
