120 Policemen, 65 Protestors Injured In CJP Parliament Violence

Delhi/Hyderabad, July 25 (Maxim News): It has been learned from Delhi Police that about 120 policemen and 65 students were injured in the clashes that took place during that time.

Police sources said that about 15 FIRs were registered in connection with the protest rally in Parliament. Police said that about ten thousand people would have been present at Jantar Mantar on that day.

However, it is known that about three thousand people were deployed there to maintain peace and security.

Delhi Police said that anti-social elements have reached the protest site and are using facial recognition systems to identify them. Police sources said that around two thousand people with criminal records have been identified through facial recognition systems.

FIRs have been registered under various sections at Parliament Street and Connaught Place police stations. Cases have been registered under sections 223(B), 221, 132 of the IPC.(Maxim News)
