Hyderabad Nizam: War for Succession Intensified
Hyderabad Nizam | Hyderabad, Feb 13 (Maxim News): The war for the succession of the Nizam family intensified, and the Royal family members are split into two groups presently and claiming that they are actual members of the Sarf-e-Khas Trust and Majlis-e-Sabibzadagan.
It may be recalled that after the death of 8th Nizam Mukkaram Jah Bahadur, his son Prince Azmet Jah Babadur has been declared the 9th Nizam of the Family, and a coronation was also held at Chowmahalla Palace.

About two days back, a group came and declared that Raunaq Yar Khan one of the descendants of the royal family has been chosen as Nizam IX of Hyderabad and also declared that the coronation of Nawab Raunaq Yar Khan will be held in Hyderabad in a grand manner.
As soon as this declaration has come, the group which has supported Azmet Jah as the IX Nizam appears on the scene, and both groups come face-to-face claiming that they are the original Sabibzadagan and their societies are competent to declare the successor of Nizam’s family and even threatened each other if their use the official name of the society and address the media, they will be prosecuted including the media houses.
However, the abid road police entered the scene and enquired about the matter. What would be these parties’ future course of action is yet to be known. (Maxim News)
