Congress Alliance With BRS: Revanth Reddy Reacted To Venkat Reddy’s Comments
Jangaon/Hyderabad, Feb 15 (Maxim News): The Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) President and MP, Revanth Reddy reacted to the Senion Congress leader and Bhuvanagiri MP Komati Reddy Venkat Reddy’s comments saying that there will be hung assembly in the coming elections in Telangana and Congress and BRS will form the government in the name of secularism.
Revanth Reddy said that the Congress High Command will discuss internally the comments of Komat Reddy Venkat Reddy and take a decision on those who spoke like that.
Speaking to press persons, Revanth Reddy reminded that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi had made it clear in Warangal Sabha that there would be no alliance with BRS. He said that no matter how big a leader talks about BRS alliance, the party will not ignore it. He said that no one should speak in such a manner that causes damage to the party. He expressed hope that the next government in Telangana will be the Congress government. Revanth Reddy stated that people here are telling stories about the atrocities of Minister Errabelli Dayakara Rao.
Yesterday MP Kamoat Reddy Venkat Reddy made sensational comments. stating that this time there will be a hung Assembly in Telangana, he commented that Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao is praising the Congress and scolded the BJP because they have to meet with them. He said that Congress cannot come to power alone in Telangana. it has to meet with another party. Komat Reddy Venkat Reddy said that we have been told what Congress has done when it was in power and it has done a lot for the country. He said that Congress is a good party, Telangana was given by the Congress party, then why the then TRS now BRS congress MlAs? He said that Congress and BRS are secular parties and they will not join hands with BJP. Senior leaders expressed the opinion that if all come together Congress will get 40 to 50 seats. (Maxim News)
