Introduce BC Bandhu on Lines of Dalit Bandhu: Bhatti Vikramarka

BC Bandhu | Peddapalli/Hyderabad, April 19 (Maxim News): Congress Legislature Party leader Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka demanded Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao’s government to introduce BC Bandhu on the lines of Dalit Bandhu.

Speaking to press persons, he said that the KCR government has completely failed in solving the problems of the weaker sections. He said that those who thought that there would be a change in the state were disappointed. He said that even though it was assumed that a large number of funds would come in the budget of Rs. 2 lakh crores from 2014-15, the expected level was not received by the weaker sections. He said that the state government has allocated only five percent of the funds to the BCs. He expressed concern that even the allocated funds were not released. Bhatti made these which to are not spent fully.

Bhatti Vikramarka said that the people of the state expected a Telangana that stood up with self-respect and this was not the Telangana that the poor and weaker sections were hoping for.

He wrote a letter to the state government citing the BCs with 54 percent. He demanded that funds be allocated on the basis of population. He demanded to introduce BC Bandhu on the lines of Dalit Bandhu. Bhatti Vikramarka released the open letter written to Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao in front of the media. (Maxim News)
