Special Campaign As Part Of Preparation Of Robust Voter List

Hyderabad, August 25: Hyderabad District Election Officer, GHMC Commissioner Ronald Rose said in a statement that a special campaign will be conducted on 26th and 27th of this month and on 2nd and 3rd of September as part of preparing a strong voter list.

The commissioner said that all those who have completed 18 years of age in the special summary revision program, those whose name is not registered in the current list and those who will turn 18 years of age by 1 October 2023 are also eligible for voter registration.

During this special campaign, the recently released draft voter list will be available at your nearest polling booth at the BLO, whether your name is on the list or not, any errors can be resolved there, Hyderabad District Election Officer Ronald Rose said. New voter registration through Form-6, App line through Form-8 for changes in voter list, booth level officer at your nearest polling booth on 26th and 27th of this month and 2nd and 3rd of next month from 10.30 am to 5 pm. He said that they will be available till hours.

Online, https://voters.eci.gov.in or by downloading the voter helpline mobile app, fill the form-6 and register as a new voter, corrections can be made in the voter list through form-8. BLOs should attend the special campaign near their respective polling stations and keep the necessary forms ready. Constituency EROs have been directed to take strict disciplinary action if the booth level officer does not attend.
