Relief To Gangula Kamalakar From The High Court

Hyderabad, Nov 8 (Maxim News): Minister for BC Welfare and Civil Supplies Gangula Kamalakar got relief in the High Court. The High Court dismissed the petition declaring his election invalid.

Congress leader and former MP Ponnam Prabhakar filed a petition in the High Court alleging that Gangula Kamalakar spent election expenses beyond the limit in the 2018 elections. The High Court, which took up the inquiry, dismissed the petition on the ground that there was no proper evidence.  On the other hand, the High Court will hear the petition filed by BJP MP Bandi Sanjay seeking to cancel the election of Gangula on Thursday.
