India on Alert : COVID-19 Cases Spike, 341 in One Day

India on Alert | Delhi/Hyderabad, Dec 20 (Maxim News) The Union Ministry of Medical, Health and Family Welfare has held a high level review meeting on the increasing cases of corona in the country and to take the precautions to combat the Corona epidemic.  

The Center has advised the State governments to be alert for the subtype JN-1 of Covid-19 that has surfaced in kerala. 

But recently WHO revealed that there is no need to fear this variant.  It has been declared that JN-1 will not have a major impact on Public health, doctors suggest people to wear masks and eat healthy food.

Corona cases are increasing all over the country and people are in panic.  The fear of this virus, which disappeared a few years ago, has caught the people again, 341 new corona cases have been reported in the last 24 hours, it is noteworthy that 292 of these are from Kerala, 13 cases were reported in Tamil Nadu, 11 in Maharashtra, 9 in karnataka, 4 each in Telangana and Puducherry, 3 each in Delhi and Gujarat, and one each in Punjab and Goa, three people have died due to corona in Kerala

At present there are 2,311 corona active cases in the country.  Of these, there are 2041 active cases of corona in Kerala alone. (Maxim News)
