New Delhi, Nov. 3: The BJP has accused All India Students’ Association (AISA) President Neha Bora of expressing what it described as “Hindu hate” over her remarks on the “Brahmanical system” and religious institutions. The party also alleged that her views were inspired by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi.
BJP national spokesperson Pradeep Bhandari targeted Bora on Tuesday, sharing her earlier remarks about priests and sexual violence inside temples. He alleged that her comments reflected hostility towards Hindus and compared them with a previous statement attributed to Rahul Gandhi.
Taking to social media platform X, Bhandari accused Bora of being influenced by the Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha.

“Neha Bora, poster girl of Rahul Gandhi, displays her Hindu hate! Says – ‘Pujaris rape in temple’. She is inspired by Rahul Gandhi, who earlier had said ‘Mandiro main ladkiyon ke sath ched chad hoti hai’. Congress hates Hindus, loves vote bank! Congress Soch is a threat to India’s unity!” Bhandari alleged in his post.
BJP Neha Bora Controversy Over Brahmanical System Remarks
The controversy followed Bora’s remarks while supporting an impeachment resolution against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar.
The resolution and criticism of the Election Commission have become part of the ongoing political debate over the revision of electoral rolls. Opposition parties have alleged that the exercise resulted in the disenfranchisement of 13 crore Indians.
Bora had earlier accused authorities of deliberately deleting voters’ names and violating procedures during the electoral roll revision process.

She subsequently raised concerns about caste-based discrimination and the role of religious institutions. Bora argued that women and other vulnerable sections needed protection from what she described as the “Brahmanical system”.

“Protection is absolutely necessary – and it is precisely from the Brahmanical system that such protection is required. This is a system which posits that the poor, the oppressed, animals and women are all deserving of subjugation and abuse. It is the very same system under which even Brahmin women are unsafe and fall victim to rape. Priests commit rapes inside temples. We have witnessed such instances…” Bora said.
The BJP’s criticism has added another dimension to the political debate, with Bhandari accusing the Congress of harbouring hostility towards Hindus. These claims were made by the BJP spokesperson in response to Bora’s remarks.
