Illegal Regularization: GHMC Commissioner Stopped Permission For Construction 

Hyderabad, Jan 29 (Maxim News): Keeping in view that many complaints have been received against the misuse of G.O. 59 through which illegal regularization has taken place, the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Commissioner (GHMC) Commissioner Ronald Rose has issued the orders not to permit constructions of layouts until the re-examination regarding the regularization of the government lands is completed.

The GHMC Commissioner ordered the suspension of construction permissions in Ranga Reddy, Medchal Malkajgiri, and Sangareddy Districts until further orders.  

He forged the Chief City Planner, Zonal Commissioners, Additional City Chief Planners, and City Planners to take action following the orders received from the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration (CCLA) of the government of Telangana after receiving complaints about illegal regularization. (Maxim News)
