Widespread Raids By Cyberabad SOT, Seized Ganja On A Large Scale

Hyderabad, March 14 (Maxim News): Special Operation Team (SOT) Balanagar raided the grocery store after receiving information that a young man named Shibu Kumar from Bihar was running a grocery shop and selling Ganja chocolates in Ram Reddy Nagar in Jeedimetla. 150 Ganja chocolates worth Rs. 11,500 were seized, Jeedimetla police are investigating the case. It is known that these are being sold to migrant laborers from northern states Shibu Kumar age 19, occu: kirana shop at Ramreddy nagar, Needimetla is the resident of Champta Balupar, Begusarai, Bihar.

In the second case, Sitaram Singh, a 60-year-old man from SOT Madhapur Team Bihar , who was running a grocery shop in Pathan Cheruvu Venkateswara Colony, came to know that ganja chocolates were being sold to migrant laborers from northern states in the labor barracks of Balajinagar area of Ramachandrapuram and seized 1960 ganja chocolates in his hand bag  in 49 packets, the pockets were seized. The value of these is Rs. 30,000/-. RC Puram Police is investigating the case.

In the third case SOT Balanagar Team raided Shekar Pawn Shop & King’s Pawn Shop in Nizam Pet and seized 114 packets of banned cigarettes worth Rs.16,000/-. Bachupally police are investigating the case. The accused are C. Chandrashekar Age 34, Occ: Pan Shop, R/o Near BJP office, Kukatpally. and  K.Balraj  Age 23, Occ: Pan shop, R/o Nadigadda Thanda, Miyapur.

In the fourth case SOT Madhapur team seized 1.7 kg from two students selling ganja  On information that they were selling ganja, Madhapur SOT Team reached  Royal Suite Lodge seized 1.7 kg of ganja ready for sale in small pockets from two students near Alvin X Road. It is known that students who are addicted to ganja are being sold to laborers. Miyapur police are investigating the case.
