Busted Murder Conspiracy: Accused With Dagger Held 

Hyderabad, April 22 (Maxim News): On 21.04.2024 the patrolling staff of Bahadurpura police, apprehended the accused. person Mohammed Ali aged 24 years, occupational mechanic residing at Nawab Saheb Kunta, Falaknuma had PRO arms i.e. prohibited Dagger, and registered a case.

According to P. Sai Chaitanya, DCP (L&O) South Zone, Hyderabad City, On 21.04.2024 the Patrol Car-1 staff while performing patrolling duty near Mud Road Tank Bund of Miralam in the limits of PS Bahadurpura, noticed the accused standing in an isolated location, upon seeing the patrolling vehicle, the accused attempted to flee but was apprehended by the staff. Since the accused presence in the secluded area raised suspicion, upon frisking one dagger about 1 foot was recovered from his possession. Hence necessary action was requested.

The accused Mohammed Ali who earlier committed a murder of Mohd Arif along with his associates at Shama Talkies, Jahanuma in the year 2021, as a result of a case registered at Falaknuma Police station. Said accused was released from Jail in the year 2022 since their release he has been taking his livelihood by driving an Auto, and not staying in the house because his wife separated from him, thus he used to stay at night times in a friend’s house as well as such as Railway station, auto stands, etc. Due to his profession & routine, he became acquainted with one Saif Ali (Rowdy sheeter of Mailardevpally Police station) as both used to meet intermittently to consume Liquor and Ganja at the hills colony of Shastrupuram & other areas, in this context they both picked up melee while sharing Ganja/liquor, thus they both developed enmity, as they warmed each other with dire consequences. Further, this accused also had earlier enmity with Kalapather Rowdy Sheeter MD. Ismail (Who is a friend of Mohd Arif) because Mohammed Ali was involved in the murder of Arif. On the day of the Ramazan Festival i.e. on 11. 04.2024 MD.

Ismail quarreled with the accused brother Fahad Ali regarding an accident issue, resulting in the accused brother along with his friend lodging a complaint in Kalapather Police station against MD. Ismail (Rowdy Sheeter Kalapathar PS).

Thereafter 3 days accused was moving from Kalapather to Nawab Sahab Kunta, in between MD Ismail followed the accused and threatened to eliminate him, consequent upon the accused contemplating hatching a plan to eliminate his opponent MD Ismail. Consequently 5 days ago said accused purchased a dagger and carried it with him to protect himself from his opponents as well as to eliminate them by facilitation from his old associate.
