However, she praised KCR’s role during the Telangana statehood movement and said he remained an extraordinary mass leader during the agitation period.
According to her, the problems began only after he took charge as Chief Minister. She alleged that KCR functioned more like a “robot” during his administration and failed to understand the emotions and concerns of ordinary people.
Kavitha further claimed that KCR maintained an extremely rigid approach as party chief and remained inaccessible even to family members
She said that despite being his daughter, she often did not have the freedom to openly discuss her concerns with him.
“If family members themselves could not easily approach him, how could common people expect their problems to be heard?” she reportedly questioned during the discussion.
Kavitha observed that KCR’s transformation from a movement leader into what she called a “machine like Chief Minister” contributed to the present political developments in Telangana.
Her comments have generated intense discussion in political circles, especially within the Bharat Rashtra Samithi, BRS, where internal differences have increasingly come into public view in recent months.
Political observers believe the remarks could have a significant impact on the party’s internal dynamics ahead of future political developments in the State.
Neither KCR nor senior BRS leaders have officially responded to Kavitha’s comments so far. (Maxim News)
