625 Candidates To Contest For 17 Lok Sabha Seats In Telangana
Hyderabad, April 29 (Maxim News): The deadline for withdrawal of nominations for the Lok Sabha elections in Telangana has ended today. A total of 893 nominations were filed in the state, out of which 268 were rejected or withdrawn. 625 candidates are in the fray for all 17 seats. Some withdrew their nominations due to appeasement by the parties.

After the withdrawal of nominations, 12 people are in the fray for Adilabad Lok Sabha, Maxim 53 candidates are contesting in Medak. EC will announce the final list this evening.
Elections for all 17 Lok Sabha seats in Telangana will be held on May 13. Counting of votes will be on June 4, the main parties are Congress, BJP and BRS. (Maxim News)
