Approval Of 8 Items, One Table Item In Standing Committee

Hyderabad, July 04: City Mayor Gadwal Vijayalakshmi chaired the 3rd Standing Committee meeting on Thursday at GHMC headquarters. Speaking on this occasion, the Mayor said that the members approved 8 items and one table item in the committee meeting. It is explained that out of the 8 items approved, most of them are related to the development of roads and junctions. The corporators were asked to cooperate with the new officials as there were many changes in the top officials in GHMC.

Commissioner Amrapali Kata, standing committee members Bannala Geetha Praveen Mudiraj, Mohammed Qadir, Nimdu Archana, Mohammed Nazir Uddin, Ghaus Uddin Mohammed, Manne Kavita Reddy, Uppalapati Srikanth, Avula Ravinder Reddy, Chintala Vijay Shanti, Kandi Shailaja, officers ENC Zia Uddin, Project CE Devanand, CE Koteswara Rao, Additional Commissioner Sneha Sabarish, Shiva Kumar Naidu, Nalini Padmavathi, Geeta Radhika, Yadagiri Rao, Sunanda Rani, CCP Rajendra Prasad Naik, Chief Entomology Dr. Rambabu, Chief Veterinary Dr. Abdul Vakil, Sanitation, Lakes, Engineering and others participated.

Items approved in the Standing Committee:

1. Approval of Committee allotting agency to M/s.Neo Geo Info Technologies Pvt Ltd (L1) for implementation of GIS-based survey and mapping of properties and utilities. Approval of the Committee to recommend to the Government for sanction of administrative expenditure of additional two years administrative sanction.

2. Proposed 18-meter and 9-meter road width from Pipe Line Road to Kuthbullapur Main Road via Vennela Gadda Cheruvu, 18-meter road width from Pipe Line Road to Gajanan en Clave, Proposed 12-meter road from Vennela Gadda Cheruvu embankment to Godavari Homes, Gayatri Nagar Approval of the committee to include RDPs in the proposed master plan for 105 properties affected by widening and send it to the government.

3. Approval of the Committee to recommend to the Government for the approval of the proposed master plan for increasing the road width from 24 meters to 30 meters for the acquisition of 418 properties affected by the proposed 30-meter road width from Kishanbagh Junction, Indiana Hotel to Pillar No. 202 via Chintal Met.

4. Approval of Committee to include 153 properties affected by proposed 18-meter road width from Barkas Division Majid-e-Noor Ismail Nagar to Bismillah Kirana Store, Ahmed Nagar, Bandlaguda in the master plan and send to Govt for approval.

5. For the approval of the acquisition of 35 properties affected by the construction of a high-level bridge over the Moosi River at Chadarghat, the proposed 12.4 m, 21 m, and 36 m road width from Jail Garden to Sri Renuka Ellamma temple, increase road width and change alignment in master plan Approval of the committee to recommend to Govt.

6. Approval of Committee to include in Master Plan and send for Govt approval for the acquisition of 67 properties affected by proposed 12-meter road width from Upperpally PVR Express Highway Pillar No. 178 to Sunrise Colony Dhani Residency, Sunrise Valley.

7. To undertake construction work of anishelterslter with revised CSR proposals by M/s Ranky Foundation with own funds under CSR and to provide and take over necessary medical facilities proposed by NGO “M/s. All for Animals Foundation” Hyderabad (25) Approval of the Committee to recommend to the Government for permission to grant a lease for years.

8. Approval of the Standing Committee for Administrative Sanction & Ratification of the Corporation (GHMC) for the expenditure of Rs.4.50 Crores for the development and widening of Johra Be Dargah Junction with a width of 60 feet as part of Major Road Development Upgradation under the SRDP Scheme.
