Student Injured As Roof Plaster Collapse In Mahatma Gandhi University

Nalgonda/Hyderabad, Dec 21 (Maxim News): A student was injured at the Mahatma Gandhi University campus in Nalgonda as the ceiling plaster in the Nilgiri Hostel bathroom collapsed on Saturday.

The incident occurred early in the morning while the students were using the washroom facility. The roof plaster that landed on one of the students caused head injuries.

The students had reportedly taken up the issue of the dilapidated condition of the roof with the university authorities a few days ago, but there was no response from them, worried about the recurrence of such incidents, the students urged the university authorities to take steps to prevent any such accidents in future.
