MANUU To Celebrate International Yoga Day On June 21

Hyderabad: The Directorate of Physical Education and Sports (DPE&S), Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) is going to organize the 11th International Day of Yoga on 21st June 2025 at 7.00 am at Indoor Stadium, University Campus.

This year marks the completion of a decade of organizing Yoga Day at the international level. The Ministry of Ayush has named this program “Yoga Sangam“. Under Yoga Sangam, practical yoga exercises will be organized simultaneously from 6:30 to 7:45 am at one lakh locations across the country. This year’s theme of International Yoga Day is “Yoga for One Earth, One Health”.

The program is being organized jointly by the Public Relations Office, Planning and Development Section and Instructional Media Center and students of MANUU Model School are being specially invited for this program. Telecom Nagar Residents Association, L&T Serene County Society, are also being invited to this program.

According to Dr. A. Kaleemulla, Deputy Director, DPE&S, all the students, teaching and non-teaching staffs, families of staff of headquarters of MANUU can take part in the event. Telecom Nagar Residents Association, L&T Serene County Society are also being invited to this program. Those interested may fill up the google form link http://forms.gle/RYovEaWDTQxaak3eA.
