HCA Scam Effect: Suspension Imposed ON Uppal CI Election Reddy
Hyderabad, July 17 (Maxim News): Uppal CI Election Reddy has been suspended for interfering in the Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) case, which was not under his jurisdiction.
Meanwhile, the CID registered a case against six individuals, including HCA President Jaganmohan Rao, Secretary Devaraj, Treasurer Jagannath Srinivas Rao, CEO Sunil Kumar, Sri Chakra Cricket Club Secretary Rajender Yadav, and his wife Kavitha, for alleged massive fund misappropriation in HCA.
All accused have been arrested except Devaraj, who is currently absconding. Officials say that CI Election Reddy tipped off Devaraj ahead of his arrest, helping him evade capture.
As a result, Election Reddy was suspended for leaking CID information. (Maxim News)
