CM Revanth Reddy Files Petition In The High Court

Hyderabad, Aug 7 (Maxim News): Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has filed a petition in the Telangana High Court. He has filed a petition seeking quashing of the case registered at the OU police station. The OU police had registered a case against Revanth Reddy in 2016. A complaint is filed against Revanth for holding a public meeting in violation of the rules at the OU. A case was registered against Revanth Reddy and several others.

The police, after completing the investigation, filed a charge sheet. The case is currently pending in the People’s Representative Court. Revanth Reddy has filed a petition to quash the case. The High Court, which issued notices to the Public Prosecutor, has adjourned the further hearing.
