Telangana to Revise Land Market Value in ORR Areas Soon

Land Market Value | Hyderabad: The Revanth Reddy’s government is preparing to revise land market values in areas inside and outside the Outer Ring Road (ORR).

Recently, committees headed by District Additional Collectors reviewed proposals for new market values. These discussions covered lands under GHMC limits, 20 municipal corporations, and seven municipalities.

Moreover, the committees approved changes for major roads and commercial zones. They forwarded their recommendations to the state government for consideration.

Land Market Value

The issue was also discussed at the Chief Minister’s level. The proposal will likely be included in the next cabinet meeting agenda.

If the cabinet approves, the Stamps and Registrations Department will publish the revised values on its website. Public feedback will be invited before the final decision.

Officials stated that the government will decide on implementation after reviewing opinions from citizens.
