Opposition To Congress BRS Grows: Raghunandan Rao

Public opposition to Congress and BRS is growing across Telangana, BJP MP Raghunandhan Rao said while campaigning for municipal elections. He said people are tired of the rule of both parties. He also said real development in the country is possible only with the BJP. His remarks came during election campaigning in parts of Sangareddy district.

Raghunandhan Rao campaigned on behalf of BJP municipal candidates in Jinnaram, Anduru, and nearby villages. He was joined by MLA Anji Reddy and BJP district president Godavari. During the campaign, the leaders interacted with local residents. They spoke about governance, development, and political alternatives in the state. Meanwhile, BJP leaders stressed that public mood is shifting away from Congress and BRS.

Speaking during the campaign, Raghunandhan Rao said the BJP has emerged as the only alternative to Congress and BRS in Telangana. He said people are unhappy with both parties. Therefore, he urged voters to support BJP candidates in the municipal elections. He said such support would help bring development to towns and villages. He also expressed confidence that the BJP would perform strongly in the elections.

Raghunandhan Rao said development works in cities are happening with funds from the central government. He said these funds are helping improve infrastructure and civic facilities. Therefore, he argued that BJP-led governance supports growth and progress. He also called on voters to elect BJP candidates to local bodies. According to him, this would help speed up development at the municipal level.

MLC Anji Reddy also echoed similar views during the campaign. He said people are looking for change. He said dissatisfaction with Congress and BRS rule is increasing. Meanwhile, BJP leaders said their campaign received a positive response in the villages they visited. They said public support was visible during meetings and interactions.

Later, Raghunandhan Rao said the BJP flag would fly in most municipalities across the state. He expressed strong confidence in the party’s prospects. He said the municipal elections would reflect public opposition to Congress and BRS. He also said the elections would open the way for development under BJP leadership.

The campaign in Jinnaram and surrounding areas highlighted BJP’s focus on local governance. It also underlined the party’s effort to position itself as the main alternative in Telangana politics.
