Waqf Board Reviews Eid-Ul-Fitr Prayer Arrangements In Hyderabad

Hyderabad, Mar 19 (Maxim News): Telangana Waqf Board Chairman Syed Azmatullah Husseni visited Edgah Mir Alam to review arrangements for the upcoming Eid ul Fitr prayers.

Azmatullah Husseni was accompanied by Mohammed Mubeen, AIMIM MLA Bahadurpura constituency.

Officials from the Waqf Board, Police Department, GHMC and other departments also joined the visit. They inspected the facilities and reviewed the preparations. The team checked whether all arrangements were ready for smooth and peaceful Eid prayers.

Edgah Mir Alam and Edgah Madannapet are major Eid prayer venues in Hyderabad. A large number of Muslims gather at these places every year to offer prayers. Therefore, officials focused on key facilities during the inspection.

They reviewed sanitation, drinking water supply, traffic control, security and medical services. They also discussed crowd regulation measures. Officials briefed the dignitaries about the steps taken for public convenience and safety.

The Chairman Azmatullah Husseni stressed the need for coordination between departments. He asked officials to complete all arrangements well in advance. He also said proper coordination would help provide a hassle free experience for worshippers.

Meanwhile, the Waqf Board formed two special teams to supervise arrangements at both Edges. These teams will monitor the preparations and ensure smooth arrangements on Eid day.

Officials also confirmed that the Eid namaz at Edgah Mir Alam and Eidgah Madannapet will be held at 10:00 am.

Both the Chairman and the MLA expressed satisfaction with the preparations. They also directed officials to stay alert and complete all works efficiently for public safety. (Maxim News)
