- The woman visited the local police station to file a complaint against a man, identified as Sai Kumar
- She alleged that he had been in a relationship with her while concealing that he was already married
- After filing the complaint, she reportedly went to the top of the station building and jumped before anyone could intervene
Current Condition
- She sustained serious injuries in the fall
- Initially treated locally, she was later shifted to Nizamabad District Hospital
- Doctors have reported her condition as critical
