The Chief Minister said the government will clear ₹6,000 crore pending retirement dues within 100 days. In addition, he confirmed that health cards will be issued to all employees by June 1. Therefore, employees will gain improved access to medical services.
He also directed the Pay Revision Commission to submit its report immediately. As a result, the government may soon take a decision on salary revision. Moreover, employee unions have been asked to meet every two months and submit reports on their issues.
Revanth Reddy decisions boost employee welfare measures
During the meeting, CM Revanth Reddy highlighted steps taken since assuming office. He said salaries are now credited on the first day of every month. Furthermore, the government ensured transparent teacher transfers without confusion.
The Chief Minister acknowledged the role of employees in implementing welfare and development programmes. He stated that the government values their contribution and remains committed to resolving their concerns.
Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka assured that all pending bills will be cleared by June 2. He added that the government has taken steps to resolve financial backlogs accumulated over the past decade.

The government also informed that 67,760 jobs have been filled across departments. This move aims to strengthen administrative efficiency. Meanwhile, the Chief Minister said the government is following a clear plan to address all employee issues.
Following the meeting, Employees JAC announced withdrawal of protests scheduled for May 5. The unions welcomed the government’s decisions and termed them a positive step.
Officials said regular engagement between the government and employees will continue. This approach aims to ensure timely resolution of issues and strengthen governance.
